Join up to 34 men on our signature Croatia cruise caressing the turquoise blue waters of The Dalmatian Coast. From the comfort of our private yacht—the Black Swan—we’ll see splendid coastlines, explore national parks, wander through medieval towns, and plunge into the balmy waters of the Adriatic. Your Out Adventures hosts will also give you ample opportunities to socialize, explore, and dine at Croatia’s best restaurants.
It’s worth mentioning our July 8th departure can be paired with our pre-extension Budapest & Slovenia: Castles, Caves & Culinary Escapades tour. Meanwhile, the July 22nd departure can be paired with our post-extension Montenegro & Albania: Balkans Adventure hiking tour. Please get in touch to learn more.
Bok! Welcome aboard our signature gay Croatia cruise! Check-in to our centrally located 4-star hotel, then meet your fellow adventurers at 5PM for a group meeting before we break bread at an included welcome dinner within walking distance from the hotel. And for those interested we’ll head for optional drinks at a nearby gay-welcoming bar after dinner.
Check out of the hotel this morning, then join us on a late morning walking tour of the old town including Diocletian’s Palace. We’ll then point out our luxurious yacht—the Black Swan—before giving you free time for lunch. We’ll board our yacht and set sail early this afternoon for the island of Brač, and if conditions allow we’ll swim at Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn beach). We’ll then continue to our first overnight stop, the small village of Bol where we’ll enjoy a welcome cocktail and dinner onboard.
After breakfast, we depart Bol for Hvar. En route we’ll enjoy morning and afternoon swim stops and an included lunch. On arrival at Hvar we’ll head out for a guided tour followed by a free evening to explore. An optional dinner will be available.
An early departure brings us to the quaint island of Biševo, where an optional visit to the Blue Caves awaits—providing the winds are in our favour. Our cruise then continues to the island of Vis, an isolated former Yugoslav naval base that captures the Mediterranean “as it once was”. Here, you can either pay to visit the remains of the Roman thermal baths, hit up the city museum or simply take in the free views of the beautiful rustic village on the waterfront. We overnight in the port and this evening you are free to explore this charming island and dine at one of the many local restaurants.
This morning we depart for Korčula—the birthplace of Marco Polo—and a favourite stop amongst Out Adventurers. We’ll have a swim stop and lunch along the way, and upon arrival we’ll enjoy a late afternoon walking tour. Since it’s only a short distance to the yacht from anywhere in the old town, we encourage you to explore the area and its charming shops, bars and restaurants. This evening features an optional dinner at one of the most famous restaurants in town.
After a leisurely swim stop this morning we enjoy lunch and yet another swim stop before arriving in Trstenik on the Pelješac peninsula. Here, we’ll head to a modern local winery that includes a tour of the grounds and cellar, followed by a luscious 3-course dinner paired with five pristine Croatian wines. Tonight we overnight in this quaint and charming town.
Today we depart early, cruising to the island of Mljet after we have a morning swim stop. Once in Mljet, we’ll join our local guide for a stroll through the famous salt lakes of Mljet National Park. This visit includes a boat ride to St Mary Isle to visit an ancient monastery, an old abbey, and a church that dates back to the 12th century. If you’d like to get the blood flowing, you can also rent a kayak, bike or scooter to roam the park on your own. We’ll enjoy our Captain’s Dinner aboard the boat in Pomena, or another quaint village.
This morning we depart early for the world-famous Dubrovnik, cruising past the old city walls while enjoying lunch onboard the yacht. We’ll dock in the new port given the large size of our vessel, then transfer into town for a guided walking tour. This will be followed by a cable car ride up Srđ Mountain where we’ll soak up the scenic views of the Old City Walls and Elaphiti Islands. You’ll have some free time in town to wander before we meet at a central location for our gourmet Farewell Dinner.
This morning we bid farewell to our faithful crew, and each other, as our adventure comes to an end. There are no activities planned, and we must disembark by 9AM. There will be a luggage storage option available for those with afternoon or evening flights, and we have a host hotel for those wishing to spend more time in this ancient city. As the Croatians say—Doviđenja, or goodbye!
Bok! Welcome to Dubrovnik, and thank you for joining our signature Croatia cruise. We’ll meet in the lobby of our host hotel at 2PM for a Welcome Meeting. Our evening will be extra festive as we join the Farewell Dinner of our Southbound cruise giving you the chance to mix and mingle with guests wrapping up their trip.
Enjoy a leisurely morning before checking out of the hotel by 11AM. Wander the area near the hotel, and grab lunch on your own. An included transfer will depart the hotel at 1:30PM to take us to the Black Swan – our luxurious private yacht. Onboard we’ll enjoy a safety briefing, then we’ll set sail for the island of Mljet where we’ll enjoy an included onboard dinner.

Bid farewell to our amazing crew and your fellow travellers before we disembark the ship this morning at 9AM. Thank you for joining us, and as the Croatians say, “Doviđenja!”
This was my first time traveling as part of an organized, large group and it exceeded my expectations. Croatia is an incredibly beautiful country, especially once you reach the Adriatic (Dalmatian) Coast. Arid mountains, clear azure waters, big sky, sheltered coves and historic towns and villages. The landscape, the architecture, the history and the people, all wonderful. The pure joy of that experience, including the endless laughter shared among old friends and new, I will cherish forever. Kudos to Rob, Out Adventures and our Croatian expert guide Livio. They were truly committed to ensuring that each and every person had the very best experience possible. Traveling by sea is most definitely the way to see Croatia. And I look forward to my next trip with Out Adventures.
What a great way to see you Croatia, meet new friends and all done with style & class!! It was one of my most memorable vacations ever. My favorite part of the trip; waking up each morning to an up front and close view of the Croatian coast line. The small towns/ villages, the mountains and the crystal clear Adriatic were simply amazing; every morning was more spectacular than the last. The city tours in the afternoons were always well organized and full of local history facts. A very big thanks to Out Adventures for organizing this truly awesome trip!! Great memories and met some really awesome guys. I can’t wait for my next Out Adventure!!
I INSIST that you go on the next gay Croatia trip with Out Adventures! It combines the best parts of a private chartered cruise and a large cruise ship experience. Don’t be afraid!
This was hands down the best run, most relaxed and restorative holiday I’ve ever taken. At no time did I ever feel like I wasn’t being looked after or needed to worry about anything. Truly exceptionally well planned and executed
Croatia is a beautiful and vibrant country that has stoically overcome war and adapted quite well to a massive influx of tourists. The food was amazing. Every meal used fresh produce that was locally sourced and organic. My favorite meals were peppered with fresh herbs and Istrian truffles. Each new port city I visited had its own unique energy, and walking the narrow streets of these cities was both haunting and fascinating. I really enjoyed my free time swimming off the yacht, taking in the beauty of the Croatian coastline, and tasting the local cuisine. However, what made this gay Croatia cruise even more memorable was all of the new friendships I made along the way.
Greatest time EVER!! Love everything about the gay Croatia cruise, especially the time aboard the yacht and swimming daily in the Adriatic Sea. Heaven!!
